PROGRAMMING OPTIONS
Our ultimate goal at True North Fitness is to set our clients up for success in their new healthy lifestyle of active living, structured exercise, and nutrition. In the long run, we can't be with our clients 24 x 7, and it is certainly not our intent to have a client visit us every week for the rest of their life, nor call us every meal time. This means that we must teach our clients the important concepts they need to know in order to conduct their daily living absent us.
To most effectively help our clients meet and maintain these goals, we have set up the following structure of packages for all programs:
INITIAL PACKAGES -
These packages are for a new client just starting with us, or for a current client wishing to refocus, redesign, or provide a new jump start to their current program. Client and trainer meet 2 to 3 times per week for a set number of weeks in order to get your foundations in place. Then we transition into your goal accomplishment phase where we program out the most effective program to reach your physical and health goals while remaining within your financial needs. We believe that NO ONE who wants should be without professional fitness coaching. A thorough base-line fitness assessment and end of package fitness assessment are conducted as well as initial and regular follow-up body composition testing to assure that your program is customized most effectively and achieving the intended results. We provide for unlimited Email support in all packages and varied levels of phone support depending on package options.
CONTINUATION PACKAGES -
These packages are for clients not yet ready to execute a prescribed 6 week fitness program on their own without our weekly personal one-on-one meetings. Client and trainer define the barriers and set goals to be achieved over the continuation period and continue to meet either 1 or 2 times weekly for a preagreed upon period. Regular body compostion testing continues in addition to regular 12 week fitness assessments. We provide for unlimited Email support in all packages and varied levels of phone support depending on package options.
MAINTENANCE PACKAGES -
These packages are for clients ready to graduate to a lifestyle maintenance process. They have the mindset, fortitude, and exercise and nutrition knowledge necessary to follow a prescribed 6-week plan as provided by their fitness coach. Log sheets are requried to be filed biweekly by email or fax (backup). Client and Fitness Coach meet twice, by phone or in person, every six weeks to review performance, health status, discuss changes in lifestyle or other areas that impact overall health, and ultimately to modify and adapt their customized fitness plan. Each 6 week meeting includes body composition testing and every 12 weeks we perform a new fitness assessment. Some pacakges include weekly or biweekly accountability calls. All packages provide unlimited Email support and varied levels of phone support depending on package options.

We offer in home training in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties and in studio training at our private studio in Ventura. We also offer remote training for clients who do not live in our immediate area, but still desire top quality nutrition and exercise coaching to reach their health goals.
